eating...
Eating is not going well. I just really like to eat and I need to get in the mind frame of thinking, "why am I eating this?" running is going well. I ran 2 miles in 18:30 this morning and I have my first long run on Sunday which will be 4 miles. I hope to do it in 50 min!

Marathon Training
I started training for a Marathon yesterday. My first run consisted of three miles and tomorrow I am running five. The marathon is in Oct. which is 5 months away and right now, I am doing a 16 week training program. I hope I can do it!

is not going so well. Exercise it, just cant get the eating right. That has to change so that the scale changes!

Very Pleased with My Race Time
Well, I ran the race in 30:29, which equals out to a 9:49 mile, which I am very happy with. I wanted to finish in under 30, but that is still my goal for the father's day race. I did not run today, but will be back at it tomorrow.

Race Day Tomorrow
Not sure if I am ready for the race tomorrow, but I am hoping that I finish in either 30 minutes or under 33 min, which is what I finished it in 3 years ago. I have seen the scale go down, but it is doing so very slowly. Hoping to change that this week. Wish me luck!

Good Day
Eating was ok. No snacking at all which is very good for me, especially on the weekends. Ran 5 miles in under an hour and I am hoping to see the scale move tomorrow, even if it is just a little bit. I want an ice cream cone tonight, but holding strong. Not going to give in.

Here we are again...
So I am starting another blog. I have lost about 11 pounds since Jan. 5th, and I need to start getting in gear again. I have starting running again, in hopes that it will help me lose enough weight to reach my goal of 140 pounds. Wish me luck!
